4.Incorrect Address:

• The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address when they place an order. If they provide an incorrect address, they will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

5. Missing items:

However, if the investigation determines that the item was lost due to circumstances beyond your control, then we are not liable. This could include, but is not limited to, the following:

• A natural disaster, such as a flood or fire.

• An act of vandalism or theft.

• A shipping error.

In these cases, you may be able to escalate your case with Etsy or  file a claim with USPS to recover the cost of the missing items.
